Madness CT Tag & Snags

I made this CT Tag using the PTU kit 'Madness' by Irish Bitch Designs.  Her kits can be purchased at the
Scrap Candy Store.

The tube is by Enamorte and can be purchased at CDO.

The template is by my fave template lady Millie.
